Thanks for the tips. I am just starting to get back into the swing of things after having a baby. I am always looking for quick workouts (that actually work!) to fit into my busy schedule. I think I may try some of the food options you posted as well! My husband and I are constantly trying to mix it up in the kitchen with different choices that are healthy and delicious.
