10 simple things to brighten your mood

Now these may not seem like much but these 10 simple things always help to brighten up my mood when i’m feeling down in the dumps.
- Make yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee
- Go for a walk or run (seriously always helps clear my mind)
- Listen to upbeat music!
- Write how your feeling on a piece of paper.
- Turn up the music and just dance.
- Talk to a love one or a friend.
- Hug someone! (Scientifically proven to help with sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress.)
- Scream, shout from the top of your lungs, better out then in I say.
- Name at least 3–5 things that your grateful for.
- Take yourself on a date, buy those pair of shoes, get that massage. TREAT YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!
