How to Use the Dream 100 Method in Affiliate Marketing

Okay — here’s the deal…
I think I was confused when I took the One Funnel Away Challenge over the summer.
I love the concept of the Dream 100 and I have started to employ it in my own business.
But in doing so, I think I might have it wrong. Or at least I might have understood it incorrectly.
I thought I was supposed to be looking for my Dream 100 clients… So that’s what I went about doing. Because I was looking for my dream 100 clients, I came up with some awesome offers, which is a huge part of the curriculum in The One Funnel Away Challenge.
I came up with a funnel for my friend who runs an agency, an artist friend, my barber who also sells some of his own products, and I had some ideas about, well, I’m keeping that one to myself…
Remember when I was talking about asking one of my friends to talk about him using ClickFunnels? When I went to him to discuss it, I had my plan all laid out for him — so he could see how it works. I had done all the work up front.
He didn’t sign up for ClickFunnels yet, but my pitch was successful in that he understood what I was talking about when I talked about “funnels.” Prior to our meeting up, he didn’t have a clue what I was talking about!
At any rate, I got further along with him than I ever had with anyone — in person.
And maybe I was correct in with the idea that the dream 100 could be my dream 100 clients. At least that could be a solid tactic.
But really what Russell Brunson (and Dana Derricks) are talking about is the Dream 100 partners they want to work with.
The way that you create a dream 100 list of partners is by learning who is hot in whatever niche you are involved with and collaborating with them.
It’s not as easy as that, but it’s an awesome concept. Here’s how it works…
I’m a budding affiliate entrepreneur and I’m working to build a blog and a YouTube channel. So my strategy is to look for others who are in similar (but not the same) niches. I make contact with them and then discuss how we might collaborate.
You can do this in a lot of ways. When you’re first starting out, like me, you can contact someone who has been at it a little longer and ask them to do an interview, or to give you a shout out to promote your channel.
In terms of YouTube, I have 20 subscribers right now. I don’t know why my channel is not growing, but it’s not right now. Sooooooo, what I’m doing is reaching out to some people who have maybe 500 to 1,000 subscribers who might be willing to help me out by promoting my channel.
Once I get to 500 subscribers, I’ll reach out to someone with 5,000 and do the same thing.
Affiliate marketing is a great business to do this with, because there’s not really any competition. If I know of an affiliate entrepreneur who is promoting health stuff, I could ask the person to promote my channel and product, because I’m trying to help people learn how to become an affiliate entrepreneur. I’m not trying to encroach on the health stuff that my new partner is promoting, I’m trying to help others learn how to do what both of us are doing.
I also have The Four Percent Success Challenge Internet Traffic Academy product that I am promoting. So I can go to someone who is teaching affiliate marketing, but who has been able to scale a little higher than me, and then ask them to promote The Internet Traffic Academy.
That’s two partners.
Only 98 left…
I know it sounds like a lot. I know that.
It is a lot. But it’s worth it. You just have to take it one partner at a time.
In my opinion. If you’re doing the dream 100 for clients and for partners, you will be crushing it! That’s my plan. Let me know if it’s your plan too.
Thanks for reading! I appreciate you!
