But what about AI? Companies like Google invest huge amounts of money to develop algorithms that sooner or later are going to replace many jobs. Simple coding jobs included, which is the majority of jobs, a coder is doing as far as I know.

With that being said, why would a company hire ten humans which do the work one algorithm alone can do for much less money?
