Harry — thanks for the post, very helpful and a nice insight into the revenue forecasts for a “typical” SAAS business

Couple of quick questions though and I would appreciate clarification:

Item 2 — when calculating Effective Monthly sales cycle, why do you apply the Effective FTE salesperson rate to Monthly Sales quota of Jan-16 only and not to the respective month it occurs?

Item 3 — could you share your Total MMR calculation as I appear to be getting something slightly different? Would interested to see how you got to your final line, bridging from Monthly New MMR to Total MMR
