When The Cracks Start To Show

I think one reason it’s so hard to properly explain or describe a panic attack is that they can be really different from one person to another, and even from one attack to another for some people. I know I don’t hear music or mental noise, but all of a sudden I can feel my heart beating and my breathing closes up. It’s a bunch of things, all good clues that I need to be ready to talk myself down. I’m so glad you’re finding methods of dealing with the anxiety and I wish you all the luck in the future!
