My husband eats SIGNIFICANTLY more than I do, but seriously minimizes carbs, sugar, simple starches. Things like bread or potatoes are a rarity and done in moderation. I eat somewhat less and have potatoes every day. He’s thin, I’m not. We’re both smart enough to understand why there’s a difference in our weights.
