Sounds like a lot of work. Journalists and their media employers have lost all credibility. They are supposed to put in the work to verify their claims, but to attract priceless page-views they resort to inflammatory headlines and shirking of responsibility by pointing out that someone else said it. Far easier to assume that everything published by mainstream media is a lie.
