recipe: vegan keto//os orange dream no-breakfast shake

¼ c coconut cream
½ c nut milk (recipe for cashew milk)
1½ c filtered water (i use the big berkey with 2 carbon and 2 fluoride filters)
1 packet (or scoop) keto//os*
6–8 ice cubes (made with filtered water)
1 t bee pollen
½ T chia seeds
vanilla extract, to taste (i start with several drops)

throw it all in a blender. if this is your first time using the keto//os, take it slowly so that you can gauge how much your body prefers. try starting with a 1/2 packet once a day (ideally, in the morning before your first meal or between meals and before a mentally engaging endeavor). as your body adapts to using ketones for fuel (and relies less on glucose, generated by carbohydrates), increase your daily keto dosage as it serves you.

*this recipe was born out of the void of vegan (or any actually decent) recipes using the keto//os exogenous ketone supplement. at this time, there are no substitutions for this ingredient. to order a 30 day supply of keto//os, head to nativepotential.com and select order keto//os. here, you will find a wealth of information about the supplement and the state of ketosis.

there are worlds more of information about keto//os. check out the native potential fb page for a curated mess of resources.
