The movie The Social Network was released in 2010. It is classed as a biographical drama. The movie follows Mark Zuckerbergs journey to creating Facebook. At the beginning of the movie Mark is on a date with his girlfriend, Erika. On the date she dumps him.

This prompts Mark to make a blog post insulting his ex-girlfriend. He goes even farther to create a website by the name of facemash. On the site, users would rate the attractiveness of girls pictures that Zuckerberg got by hacking into the school system. Zuck’s sight blows up, thus attracting the attention of the Winklevoss twins. They invite Zuck to work on The Harvard Connection, a social network for Harvard students aimed at dating. Zuckerberg accepts the offer to work with them, but soon has the idea of Facebook. Throughout the movie, the Winklevoss twins try to fight Zuckerberg for stealing their intellectual property.

As the movie continues, Zuckerberg is building Facebook. He starts to make a team of programmers and brings in his friend Edwardo to help aswell. As his team grows Zuckerberg calls upon the help of Sean Parker. Sean helps them create an image and to get Facebook on to other continents.

At the Henly Royal Regatta that the Winklevoss twins are attending, they learn that Facebook has migrated to other countries besides the United States. Their minds are blown and they get even madder than they already were.

By the end of the movie, Zuckerberg has lost all his friends due to Facebook. He is all by himself with his soon to be multi-million dollar company.

I enjoyed this movie for a number of reasons. First, the cast is bomb in it. For the first 30 minutes, I was just saying to myself “hey you're in this movie” for every actor that I recognized. I also like the soundtrack for the movie. It's different than other movie soundtracks. It helps the movie with the vibe it is trying to give off. But the thing that I like the most is that Mark Zuckerberg is not the good guy in the film. I really liked watching this movie. Would Recommend.
