…and don’t forget to be YOU.
Many personal brands are actually made up to catch attention, to make you looking appealing. They are effectively like a mask. Truth is, real you may at times seem not as appealing as that mask, but there’s nothing more powerful than being vulnerable to others. Showing your strengths and your weaknesses, and everything in between will create that real connection to your followers. And to your colleagues and managers. And most of all, you will be able to focus 100% on what you are creating (and sharing), instead of wasting energy on how other will receive it.
