It is a great article. Although I’ve been practising similar routines already, I’ve never considered to do it just before going to sleep, so that my subconscious mind could pick on the task during sleeping time. I’m going to try tonight.
A suggestion I’d like to contribuite with is to ask yourself what you’d love to create. When you let go the concept of what you want or should create, and embrace the concept of creating something you love, you’ll be surprised on how your mind starts supporting you moving in that direction!
