I have lived in apartments for 3 years with no late payments (good rental history). Unfortunately I made a critical mistake (call it being young and dumb). I bought a house when I was 21 and decided that it was too much for me. Instead of selling it, I turn my house over to my parents who are landlords for other properties in the area(they were to keep all the profits when if they/I decided to sale it). My relative is contemplating filing a 7 bankruptcy. She owns her home and can make the payments fine but has few little things that she is having a very hard time paying back/ a few credit cards (2) and a roomstore bed. The total cost of what she is having a hard time paying back is only about $3,000 but because of interest it has gone up to about $4,000. I know thats actually not that much compared to many peoples debt and I am concerned cause I know it will effect her for a long while. Bad Credit Personal Loan?
Ok, I really could use some help here. Got laid off a few months ago, but recently got a new job, im behind on alot of things equalling up to around a grand. I have a 590 credit score primarily because I always have paid and cash and NEVER had credit. I’m trying to get a loan but have a 2 delequinces on my account from the last year when I was unemployed.
