Why I’m Taking 100 Days Off This Year
Gary Vaynerchuk

As someone who routinely works around my kids’ schedules, my latest strategy is to get them involved (they are 12, 10, 7). Since I’ve discovered that my nearly 13 yo son loves all things entrepreneurial (if it doesn’t interrupt Minecraft or some 12-book series on his Kindle), I get him to make videos for me, edit them, and or just chat business strategy (he is totally versed in social media and has good advice). I caught my 10 yo daughter drawing a picture of a website to sell pets. Okay, that’s my crazy, but when I have to work from home to get things done at all hours, it’s nice to create a family culture that normalises entrepreneurship, for those days that I just can’t take off!
