Awaken the sleeping holders!

Hello everyone! The network has almost accepted the new rules, which involve 99% lower transaction fees, but then the dynamic has recently changed.

Seems like 1/3 of the miners did not hear the suggestion to use the new version, so we have to reach out to them. The problem is that it’s impossible to know who or where they are :)

So, to everyone who hears us, please repost this:

Speaking of versions. We have released client version 0.6.3.1 with minor fixes. These involve handling long NVS records and the bug when an isolated Emercoin TestNet client started generating blocks without network connection, thus creating its own alternative chain.

We have also increased the number of nodes in TestNet, making it even handier to use.
