I would love love to hear any of your 60's/70's “health food” memories — Even some abbreviated bullet points if you have the wherewithal .I have so many. (I was born in 1962) I remember our neighbor making this new stuff called “crunchy granola.” I remember my mom using English muffins for hamburger buns because she could get the disk shape in whole wheat (again, Orowheat.) I remember my mom bringing home crude fruit leather for the first time… a “yogurt maker” on and on…
