Thanks for your response. I agree that evictions are a huge problem in SF, and I wish that we had a ballot proposition to address this issue.

The other issues you address — paying the same taxes as hotels; the impact of full-time rentals on neighborhoods — are addressed in the existing law and not further addressed Proposition F. Airbnb, in fact, is the first company to be certified to collect taxes on behalf of hosts. And whole units may only be rented for 90 days/year, by law.
