How to make Chicken Mulukhiya
Chicken Mulukhiya is famous in Middle East and North African countries. Its actually the leaves of a plant called jews mallow. It is generally eaten cooked not raw. This dish is not very attractive to the eyes but its really healthy. Its often cooked with chicken or at least chicken stock for flavor and is served with white rice, accompanied with lemon or lime.
