Using the 5/25 Rule to Learn to Say “No”

Deep in the job hunt, I find myself saying “yes” to so many things I should say “no” to. I’m trying to start my career, essentially entry-level at 30 years old, and so I feel the pressure of “take whoever likes you” but what about who *I* like? Thank you for writing this. Saying “no” means I value my self-worth, in so many different ways.
