The Jacob Marley Effect
Justin Foster

Great post, insightful as usual, Justin Foster. I would just suggest that every emotion is simply that — an emotion devoid of “positivity” or “negativity.” It is only our external systems that have led us to define them as such. Said another way: emotions are neither “positive” nor “negative” they just are. I suggest attempting to practice the acceptance of emotions without assigning them a label.
