Thanks so much for taking the time to respond, I really appreciate it. Thank you for your work that was my inspiration! My mom was a completely amazing person and one of the loves of my life. I’m very pleased to hear you found a lot to relate to. Dealing with the death of a parent is just such a process that we don’t always share about publicly and I’ve always felt since losing my mom that it is important to do so. It’s so difficult to process, but such a worthy pursuit. I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your dad — 69 is way too young. I will definitely keep celebrating, reading the obits and learning from all of these lives very well lived. The words, ideas, beliefs and values, often borne out most clearly in our last words, ie obituaries, are at the core of who we are and how our presence may live on.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
