Thank you so much for articulating what I’ve been trying to say (and gotten a lot of flak for). Gabby is free to do with her body as she wants. It is HER body. However she’s given speeches on and written about loving her body as it was before. Now she’s quoted as saying “I was at war with my body. If I’d started treating it better, I wouldn’t have spent so many years hating myself.”
What effect does that have on vulnerable women who look up to her and may even look like she did?
