Ask A Swole Woman: Do My Workouts Have To Be Hardcore?
Casey Johnston

I tried to combine my weird, nebulous goals (feel healthy! back and shoulders like Katie Ledecky!) with specific, concrete ones (squat my bodyweight! deadlift double! bench anything!) and it really seems to be helping a lot. I should probably add a running goal in there, but I haaaaaaate running. Maybe just “actually finish C25K” can go in there.
