Great read. I’ve also overcome my social anxiety a great deal, which was actually a side effect of a the greater feat of becoming comfortable with myself. It all came from mindfulness, presence, and full connection with my being. When we think too much we lose that connection. My mantra was internal validation, not external validation. Our intuitions are stronger than our thinking brain. Did wonders! Lovely to read about your own, similar journey.
