Our group was given the opportunity to create and design a restaurant in the times of COVID-19. In our research, we found a lack of authentic/cultural restaurants in the Philadelphia suburbs, resulting in the creation of “Hooked”. Our company’s goal is to reach an audience that may have an interest in diverse foods.
