Why your morning habits are standing between you and your goals

This was a great read and just in time for me as I just made the switch in my routine to becoming a morning person. I agree with all that was written in this post. I also want to add that I have seen an increase in my productivity. I find that working on my projects in the morning when my mind is fresh, before I go to work allows me to accomplish more than trying to work on it after a stressful day at work. Plus it also gets my mind flowing so I’m walking into work already sharp and warmed up, ready to tackle my tasks from the jump.
