RECAP OF THE LAST FLUID FINANCE COMMUNITY CALL

These were the names of those who joined the call.

Jessica started the call by greeting and welcoming everyone to the call. She added that the team is out again to give the community updates on what’s been going on for the past two weeks. Before she proceeded in the call she introduced everyone that was present in the call including a new joiner (Josh Nnanna) who is the business analyst for Africa. Josh introduced himself and expressed how happy he was to join the team. He added that fluid is one of the best projects he has worked for in his 4 years of being in the Blockchain industry.
After his introduction, Jessica talked about some of the events the team has been attending for a while now. She gave Richard the platform to talk about some of the events he attended with some team members.
◽He (Richard) said that the team was in Istanbul last week to attend the Istanbul Blockchain week. He continued by saying that people were just amazed at the fluid account and DUSD. He added that there were lots of fun stuff and other amazing projects but Fluid finance was the hit of the occasion. He said that they had lots of exciting feedback from people after the Blockchain and it was really amazing.
He also talked about the Africa Tech Summit he attended with Eagars on the 23th of November.
◽He said it was really cool to learn a lot about some of the problems Africa is facing in moving money around and there was a lot of talk about web 3. He added that he and Eagars met a few Crypto wilds there in the event who were interested in using the fluid finance platform to on and off ramp and it was really exciting. He also posted some shots from both events.

After his presentation Jessica appreciated all the team members that attended these events. She added that the feedback the team got after these events were so exciting. She continued by saying that after the Istanbul Blockchain week she actually flew to another conference called AIBC submit where fluid finance won Mass adoption project of the year. She appreciated everyone in the fluid community who made this possible by voting for fluid finance in the contest. Some shots of the events were shared on screen.
She also talked about a broadcast session she had when she arrived in Istanbul two days before the Blockchain week. She was invited to TRT world representing fluid finance to talk about why it’s really important to move into non-custodial web 3.

UPDATES ON COMMUNITY BY AVA
Ava started her presentation by welcoming everyone who joined the call and she also congratulated Josh, welcoming him to his very first community call with the team. She also thanked Richard and Jessica for representing Fluid finance in all the conferences.
◽She also thanked the community for the win on the Mass adoption project possible.
◽She talked about the Discord community, she said a whole new server update has begun in the Discord channel. She added that there are new categories; she also urged community members to check it out so as to make contributions as well on some of the categories that should be added in the channel.
◽She also welcomed all the new members who joined the Discord community recently; she added that since Q4, the Discord server members have doubled in number and it’s really amazing. She also gave a shout out to the Tanzania and Uganda telegram community for managing to reach 200 members.
◽She also announced that there’s a new Indian and Argentinian community. She continued by saying there are some telegram calls and twitter spaces that will be coming up. She gave a run through on all the meetings.
◽Finally, She also talked about some surprises the team has got for the community. She said there’s a new GoFluid logo and other GoFluid materials. She also mentioned some vacancies where the team will be hiring workers. Areas like web developer, and community manager.

After Ava was done with her presentation, Jessica appreciated her for all the work she’s been doing in making fluid finance grow and spread out wide.
Later Jessica talked about some incentives that would be coming up from next week. She added that there will be a conference that will be coming up in the next two weeks, she continued by saying that there’ll be some free tickets for some community members that would like to join her. Finally she talked about all the questions the community sent to the team, she continued by saying that the team will get back to the Community with a blog post in the following week.
Jessica ended the call by wishing everyone an amazing weekend and appreciating all the team members who made out time to join the call.
