When there is no
“ I woke up like this.”
When you look like you barely sleep.

When you can’t even cry
in the shower
couz the time can’t get any faster.

When you don’t blink
but it has been 8 hours
and you’re not done yet.

When you shout at someone
and ask yourself

When you want to stop 
but you can’t
because stress is life

but not all the time.

Let your self be happy. Smile.
Eat and be hungry again.
Take a deep breath when you are tried.
Sip coffee and talk about good memories.
