KYC Registration Guide
Dear EMP Community,
Many people have been asking questions about KYC through the official channels. KYC (Know Your Customers) is a system to check the identity of the customers who participate in the token sale in order to prevent money laundering or illegal financing.
So today, we will guide you through how to participate in KYC, a essential process for token sale participation.
Signing up
1. Please visit the EMP website.(http://everymediaplatform.io/)
2. Click ‘Participate’ on the home page.
3. Click ‘Register’ to participate in token sales.
4. Please fill in the required fields.
5. Please press the ‘Confirm’ button to verify the subscribed mail.
Participating in KYC
1. Click ‘Participate’ on the home page.
2. Please enter ID / PW to login.
3. Please fill in the required fields for KYC.
※ In order to participate in EMP token sale, you must have a nationality permitting ICO. (Countries prohibiting ICO have limited ICO participation such as North Korea, Singapore, the United States, etc.)
4. We are obliged to make certain checks on participants in the EVE Token Sale. You will need to upload one official document to confirm you identity.(Only Passport, National ID Card or Driving License is allowed.)
4–1) Please upload your ID card hiding the following information. (Please hide it directly with post-it, not digital work)
- National ID: Address of resident registration number
- Driver’s license: Resident registration number, license number
- Passport: resident registration number, passport number
4–2) Take self-image photo hiding the above information. Both ID and face should look good.
5. When you’re done uploading, accept the terms and click ‘Next’. The KYC application will be reviewed by the EMP operation team as soon as possible.
6. Now the application of KYC is done.
※ After KYC application, KYC certification will be completed after receiving confirmation e-mail. Never send an ETH before a KYC verification email arrives.
