Wrong Way

Poem

You’re somehow on my mind.
Passing thoughts drift by
As I watch car after car
Catch my attention
Until it’s forgotten.

I’m excited about meeting.
The destination approaches
As I zip down the highway
Eyeing the path
Until I’m nowhere.

We see each other.
The impact at the intersection
As bodies fling to another
Others turn away
Until we’re together.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
