You’re allowed to think about it, but it helps to have an expert who knows the process

I’m sure you can come up with all kinds of examples like that, and I definitely agree in principal that a legal expert will write about the Cosby trial from a perspective of expertise.

But I see people making these pedantic arguments all the time, and wonder what the point of it is. Do we need to vet every writer’s past to see their point? How about we just read it, weigh the points given, and make our own decisions?
