Yes, it is just fine. Glutathione is a natural compound that is formed in the body and is made from three amino acids: cysteine, glycine, and glutamic acid. It is an antioxidant that helps the liver to detoxify toxins in the body. In addition, glutathione plays a role in the production of white blood cells and helps the body to fight infections. Coffee has no ill effects on glutathione.
