Perfect! It reminded me of The Law of Attraction once again, but it was a good reminder as often we do forget we are focusing on the negatives instead of the positives :) I have unconciously used this technique to get myself to workout, while picturing the workout and the amazing feeling after, and I am happy to say that I have worked out everyday for a week now, and I can’t give up :)
