For those who are new to EndChain, EndChain is a patent-pending blockchain utility company that is focused on bringing blockchain tracking to everyday goods. We do this through our patent-pending QR and barcode integration.
For each product, there will be a generic barcode embedded in the QR code, which will allow the blockchain and legacy systems to be updated at the same time. How is the API involved?
In order to generate the code around the barcode, the barcode must be known by EndChain. To achieve this, a company can insert its barcode number into our generator. The generator will build the combination barcode and QR fusion and give it back to the company. At the same time, once its generated, it will be added to our blockchain to ensure that the information is secured.
Yes, it’s that easy. For any company, just insert your barcode number and immediately you will have a generated EndChain code which updates the blockchain. This is part of our strategy to get more companies involved with blockchain. From our conversations with potential clients, many are interested in blockchain technology, but do not know enough about it to get started. With EndChain, they feel comfortable entering into the blockchain space without the need to invest large sums of money upfront or construct new programs.
