Positive Thinking
“Always end the day with Positive Thought no matter how hard thing were, tomorrow’s a fresh opportunity to make it better”.
If you think positive half of your problem is solved. but nothing of us is not ready for positive attitude.I have heard about “LAW of Attraction”.It state that if you thing positive or negative then you attract that thing. For example if you thing negatively then you attract that thing.you will react negativity and definitely that negative will occur in you life. Law of attraction said what you thing, basically you are attracting that thing. there is famous quote “Always thing Positive”
This week I watched a TED Talk delivered by the leading positive psychology expert and bestselling author, Shawn Achor, The Happy Secret to Better Work.
I want to add my example. I am that type of person who had negative mind setup.When ever any idea came into my mind I always think it negative aspect.Basically I always try to think positively but failed. I also believe in Law of attraction.After listening these positive author speech. My mind setup has been changed.
Moreover I practice these two activities of Shawn Achor which proved really helpful for me.
(1): Meditation:
When I practiced this activity,I felt more happy and positive. I also observed that I felt more calm,relaxed.
(2): Journaling:
The other activity, journal, is also very helpful to keep me positive. I always prefer that I help other people by doing something for them.
These activities are very helpful to keep positive attitude and happy.I think it is also necessary to keep your attitude positive in Professional life.
