The first phase of the FilLiquid Testnet ended on the 18th of March with an incredible 10,829 participants!
But the journey doesn’t end there.
The second Phase kicked off on the 10th of April creating room for everyone to participate and get a share of the 3,000,000 $FIG reward. Creating room for more participation and collaboration as they continue to build and refine the platform.
FilLiquid just announced over 13k wallets actively engaging on the Testnet

They earmarked 5% of the total $FIG supply exclusively for Testnet Airdrop, ensuring that early participants are rewarded for their engagement and contribution.
Mainnet Liquidity Providers & Borrowers: A significant 65% of the $FIG supply is allocated to liquidity providers and borrowers on the mainnet. This allocation is pivotal in fostering liquidity, facilitating borrowing, and driving the ecosystem’s growth when the platform is live.
Dedicated Supply for Bug Bounty & Storage Providers: Filliquid also set aside a dedicated portion of the token supply to incentivize bug bounty hunters and storage providers. This ensures the security and robustness of the platform while also nurturing partnerships within the decentralized storage community.
With this structured approach, They’re laying the groundwork for a thriving ecosystem where all stakeholders can benefit. By balancing incentives, fostering participation, and prioritizing security, They’re poised to unlock the full potential of decentralized storage.
Users can participate in the testnet activities for a chance to grab a portion of the 600,000 $FIG allocated for this category. (20% of the total distribution), you can join the Discord community and take part in discussions, submit your address and you’ll be in the running for a chunk of the 900,000 $FIG set aside for Discord participants. (30%)
Additionally, you can get the largest portion of the airdrop by getting up to level 5 on Discord. So aside from engaging in the testnet activities and joining Discord, you will also claim a staggering 1.5 million $FIG! (50%).
Also keep an eye out for additional opportunities like $TFIL staking, $FIT farming, and upcoming $FIG staking. There’s no minimum $FIG requirement to participate in these tasks.
How to participate in the Phase 2 Testnet
1. Add Chain To wallet
The FileCoin EVM (FEVM) currently supports TP Wallet and MetaMask. This guide will demonstrate how to add the Calibration network to your Metamask wallet
To begin, open the URL https://chainlist.org/
Hit the search bar and type FileCoin, make sure you check the “Include Testnets” option
Chainlist serves as a network navigator service, simplifying the addition of Testnets from various networks to your wallet.
Lastly, select “Add to MetaMask” to integrate it into your MetaMask Wallet.
Another way you can do it easily is to go to the testnet website and click on connect wallet, you will be directed to add the chain automatically to your wallet
2. Get Testnet $FIL tokens from the faucet
You can receive testnet tokens from the Calibration network faucet by clicking the link https://faucet.calibnet.chainsafe-fil.io/funds.html
Simply enter the wallet address from your Wallet, and you will receive 100 $FIL Testnet tokens.
3. Staking(lending)
Visit the Testnet website https://test.filliquid.io/en/staking
Input the amount of $TFill you want to stake, click confirm, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Wait for a while and make sure the transaction is completed
4. Farming
Click on https://test.filliquid.io/en/farming
There are two options for farming, but we’d be focusing on the Fill Farming
To begin, type in the pledge amount in the provided text box.
Next, select the duration of the pledge. Various lock-up periods ranging from 1 month to 1 year are available, offering flexibility to suit your specific requirements.
Each pledge period corresponds to different yield rates. Generally, longer periods yield higher returns.
Proceed to click “Confirm” to initiate the FIT staking process. A confirmation dialog will appear in your wallet, allowing you to sign the transaction to finalize the staking.
