Decrypt Hash | Secured Data Storage on ENIX.

You may have noticed various autonomous systems transact data over the Enix blockchain, whereby ‘failed to decode input data’ is displayed, this is because the data is encoded around API keys, or Passwords meaning it has entered the blockchain encrypted before being encoded in HEX.

Encrypted Encoded Data

There is a new system for viewing the data once decoded (either protected or not protected) by decoding it on-screen from the blockchain simply here, also you can build on this decoding functionality here.

Decrypt-Hash Console

Whereby anyone can paste their URL, Password (if needed) and the content is pulled from the chain, decrypted, unencoded and in UTF-8 readable text-string.

This is free to use, operational continuously… in the very near future a solution is expected to be launched similar in style to the data encryption and cloud storage of notes as what 1password offer, only, browser-based, built into the Enix blockchain, which will be easy to use, access, and split data across many key-parties for the security of data stored, useful for the storage of passwords, keys, notes, etc.

What is UTF-8?

UTF-8 is a compromise character encoding that can be as compact as ASCII (if the file is just plain English text) but can also contain any unicode characters (with some increase in file size). UTF stands for Unicode Transformation Format. The ‘8’ means it uses 8-bit blocks to represent a character.

What is Text-String?

A text string, also known as a string or simply as text, is a group of characters that are used as data in a spreadsheet program. Text strings are most often comprised of words, but may also include letters, numbers, special characters, the dash symbol, or the number sign

What does Cipher Encrypted mean?

In cryptography, a cipher (or cypher) is an algorithm for performing encryption or decryption — a series of well-defined steps that can be followed as a procedure. An alternative, less common term is encipherment. To encipher or encode is to convert information into cipher or code.
