Many lances are broken in disputes about effective fundraising in the field of ICO. Someone says that everything is in the past, someone predicts new UPS.

In our opinion, the boom of blind investing has long passed, and few small investors are willing to take risks with new projects.

Our friends from Hong Kong claim that success can come only in the case of STO, friends from CiS sincerely believe in the need for IEO. And someone thinks that only the arrival of such massive projects as Kakao, TON, Libra will be able to revive the industry.

Guessing is an incredibly thankless task, especially for a project Director who has chosen the path of fundraising in the blockchain.

STO is not much different from ICO, because maybe investors are “protected” by the law almost on a par with equity. But no one has cancelled the classic diseases of a startup: appropriation and embezzlement, the wrong choice of business model, a small number of hypotheses and simply weak team.

IEO is often used as an expensive marketing toy to strengthen the implementation, promotion of trades, but does not always bring at least some money to projects.

VC is the most robust investment model: sometimes with equity, sometimes without. But it is much easier for foundations to recognize a good project even at the level of an idea. So we chose VC => IEO to ensure full funding and acceptance of the project.

It is a complex negotiation path, which can be compared with a separate line of business. However, we are already making some progress in it. So we will be back to you soon with news and further plans. =)
