Hi Lucas,
Great article, great research and great outcome.
I feel that, sometimes, asking users to contact or call, could be too big of a step to expect them to make.
What about asking them to leave a phone number to be called from some specialist?
The call can trigger automatically through a connecting service, however the goal is to somehow minimize the physical and social action to ‘make’ a call.
