Looking for admission to engineering course in private university, so here is the notification by Amrita University for the admission to its 4 year undergraduate engineering courses. Amrita University is a private multidisciplinary University in India, which is one of the best universities for research in India. The University offers undergraduate, postgraduate courses in, engineering, business, art & science etc. For the admission to Amrita University’s courses one entrance exam is conducted every year know as AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam). Through this exam University will fill seats in three campuses at Amritauri (Kollam), Bengaluru and Ettimadai (Coimbatore). In this article, we will give you the details of how to apply for AEEE 2015.

Eligibility Criteria To Apply For AEEE 2015: Before applying for AEEE exam, candidates must ensure that they are eligible to appear for AEEE. Below there is some eligibility criteria defined to apply for AEEE exam.

Age Limit: Candidates who are applying for AEEE must be born on or after 1st July 1992.

Educational requirements: Candidate must have passed class XII or any of its equivalent, with atleast 60% marks in Chemistry and Maths separately and 55% marks in Physics.

Note: Candidates having 3 year engineering diploma from any state board of technical education with atleast 60% marks can also apply.

AEEE 2015 Registration Process: To apply for AEEE, candidates can submit their application forms online on their official website To apply online, candidates have to upload their signature and photograph in JPEG format.

Note: Candidates can submit their application forms offline also, by sending their application forms via post with Demand Draft of Rs1000/- in favour of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore.

Payment Options For AEEE: Payment for AEEE can be made either by Debit/Credit Card/Net-Banking or through Demand Draft(DD in favour of “Amrita School of Engineering” payable at Coimbatore)

AEEE 2015 Exam Pattern: The duration of the exam will be 3 hours (10 Am-1Pm). There will be only one question paper having multiple/objective questions in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. For each correct answer 3 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer marked -1 marks will be deducted. There will be total 120 question asked in the exam and total number of marks will be 360.

Segregations Of Questions Per Paper: There will be 50 questions from Maths, 35 questions each from Physics, Chemistry. AEEE counselling Process: Amrita University will call students for counselling process who have secured their place in the merit list created on the basis of marks obtained in examination. To attend the counselling candidates have to bring all their document along with their photocopies. On the basis of merit list rank university will offer colleges and to confirm the seat, candidates have to pay Rs50000/- in the form of Demand Draft.
