Download GATE 2016 Admit card

The GATE 2016 Admit card will be issued to the candidates who have successfully applied for the GATE 2016 Exam. The candidates will be able to download the GATE 2016 Admit card. The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur will be issuing the GATE 2016 Admit card as it is conducting the GATE 2016 Exam. The GATE is conducted for candidates seeking to pursue post graduation courses in the field of engineering. The GATE 2016 Admit card is expected to be issued in the second week of December 2015.

The candidates will be able to download their GATE Admit card online. The GATE 2016 Admit card will be published online on the official website of the GATE. The candidates will be required to enter their enrollment no. and password in order to access the link to download their GATE 2016 Admit card.

The candidates will be able to download the Admit cards online as these will be released online by IIT Kanpur.
The Admit cards will be published on the official GATE website.
The candidates will have to visit the official website of the GATE.
Then click on the link indicating ‘GATE 2016 Admit card’.
The candidates will then be required to enter their enrollment no. and their password.
Make sure you check the details you have entered before you click on ‘submit’.
The candidates will then be directed to the link to download their Admit card.
They must then take a printout of the same for further reference.

The GATE 2016 Admit card are expected to be released online in December 2015 for the scheduled GATE 2016 exam in the month of January/February 2016.
The candidates will be required to download their Admit cards online as there will be no individual copies sent out via post or by any other means.
The GATE 2016 Admit card is a crucial document. It will carry the following information —
1. Name of the candidate
2. Enrollment ID/Registration no.
3. The name of the Paper
4. Examination center
5. Date of the examination

Any errors in the personal information of the candidate on the Admit card must be reported to the GOAPS immediately to be rectified before the examination. Such claims will not be entertained during the exam.
In addition to the Admit card the candidate must bring a photo ID which can be any of the following —
1. College ID card
2. Driving license
3. Passport
4. PAN Card
5. AADHAAR Card
6. Voter ID.
