Some advice from Jeff Bezos
Jason Fried

Reconsidering your idea often is important in startups because of the quick changes of environments.

But some people misunderstand this advice like “It’s unnecessary and useless to think deeply about my own idea. I have to follow up the trends as quickly as possible without thinking.”
“Just do it without thinking” sounds like a good mind to have. But it tends to become an attitude that copying existing good ideas is the best way to do things well or quickly, and thinking from scratch by yourself is a waste of time. It’s like the following conversation.

“Hey! our competitor hired some Ph.D of AI! I as a CEO believe we also have to looking for some talents on AI because it will be the next wave! What? doesn’t need for us? You don’t see the world! we have to catch up anyway!”
