During the space race, NASA realised that a ball point pen wouldn’t work in zero gravity. They spent years and millions of dollars on R&D to find a solution.

The Russians used a pencil.

Every time the “when-moon” brigade talks about EOS the criticism is always that it is too centralised.

This is false, but like thrown shit, it stinks but sticks. I think I heard it on CNN.

We have an abundance of professional block producers all around the globe on all different types of infrastructure. From the inside looking out, things look fine.

The other problem we have is that Block.one would like to vote, but currently can’t because if they choose the hard limit of 30 BPs there will be a paid cliff at 31 so only 21 Active BPs and just 9 backups.

I would like to propose a pencil solution.

Block. One start to vote for 3 BPs each day from the top 121. This will immediately promote them to the 1,2,3 position where they will be paid well for their efforts during that period.

It will also test the infrastructure and readiness of the promoted BPs increasing our resilience and instantly give the message that EOS is the most decentralised option in blockchain.

It couldn’t be that easy , could it??
