You don’t have to process anything but the singularity of the red.

You can let your shoulders relax…find your breath. Let your forward gaze diffuse, relaxed in its lone purpose.

A brief, peaceful moment.

Then, it’s green. You inhale, and, with a gentle glance leftward, proceed.
