New day, new way and new attitude!! Life is you being an artist and fine tuning your being, physically and mentally. Remember if your day begin on the wrong foot just switch over to the other foot and begin a new. Life is all about choices and you get to choose, just choose carefully!! Today’s exercise is too strengthen the lower body and abs, simultaneously. No matter what exercise you are doing, tighten your abs and butt upon every opportunity. This is pay off with much dividend.
As you proceed, a reminder, always watch your form and listen to your body. This exercise you can do many reps and sets with light weight for burning fat and more weights with less reps and sets to build your quads, hamstrings and calves! You choose to build muscles or burn fat!. Choices???!!
Not right away, but over a period of time of fine stroking your exercise routine, then take a moment and step back and look at the big picture to ensure you are getting the results you are aiming for. Remember, you must always modify and change your workout periodically. The body has memory and adjust. Always challenge your body so that your big picture will represent your intentions. Watch your form and keep the faith.
