Exercising should not be an issue like breathing is not an issue for life and living, you just commit to do it without effort. What appears to be an issue is based on your perspective and may just be an opportunity for greatness. Nothing good comes easy but can become easy day by day. Allow your attitude to determine your altitude.
This morning, I was preaching and teaching to the choir, Me! Getting to bed really late to be up by 4AM was a chore this morning. Well you can’t burn the candle at both end and not suffer from it. Well, I overslept by an hour. The mental me said, “stay home, go later!” but the physical me said, “just do it you will be glad you did”. Well, I arrived an hour later than usual but now I am thrilled I did it and it’s over and I do feel better having done it already.
The above exercise is for anyone, helps your core and abs. Do as many reps as you can and several sets. Every other day, repeat and keep testing your endurance with more. Again make sure your form is proper and aligned. Remember just do You!!
