What should be included in an Eposter? Guidelines For E-Poster

Introduction

A creative idea for displaying a multimedia version of a poster on a large monitor or computer is called a “Electronic Poster,” or “ePoster.” Electronic posters, also known as e-posters, are displayed on-site on a sizable LCD TV in a manner similar to traditional paper posters. As the audience only sees the electronic form of the ad, these posters don’t need to be printed or produced.

You must upload your eposter to the electronic poster board before the meeting date in order to participate in the presentations. You can navigate and enlarge any area using the system (just like a large iPad).

What should be included in an Eposter?

· Research (Introduction, Goals, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgment) (Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, References and Acknowledgment).

· Case Study (Introduction, Objectives, Case Operation Procedure, Discussion, Conclusion References and Acknowledgment).

· Research Review (Introduction, Literature studies, Discussion, Conclusion and References).

Guidelines to complete your poster:

English should be used to prepare all e-Posters.

Add an abstract number to the title (and when you upload your e-Poster).

Design: Portrait (Vertical Orientation)

Poster size:

In pixels, the minimum and maximum recommended sizes (format WxH) are 1125 x 2000 and 2250 x 4000, respectively.

300 pixel-per-inch DPI

File Size: A file may have a maximum size of 4 Megabytes (4MB).

File Format: To post your e-Poster, save your file as a PPT, PDF, PNG, or JPG.
