I have 3+ years of experience on php,mysql and different modern age technologies for web development. I want to join toptal, because I have a passion to develop application, provide a solution for complex problems and extreme challenges.

Sometimes I think to myself that I have seen it all. Still, however, after all these years, I am still learning.

Toptal embodies this. Total honors software development as a high art form, treating top software engineers with the highest respect.

I am committed to join Total because I share this view. Software engineering is an art form just as much as an engineering discipline.

Working with Total consulting in addition to my own projects would be a wonderful way to balance my professional life.

Total has a tough screening process to identify the best. Total engineers also write great blogs, which I intend to do as well. Great blogs are a superb way to share your experience with your fellow engineers and show off a little. Sometimes that can be hard when your contributions to a project are hidden in proprietary frameworks.

I hope to join Toptal and certainly look forward to the tough interviews ahead of me. I intend to stick through them to the end, no matter how difficult they are. They are reputed to be quite difficult, but I welcome the challenge.
