“You are inaccurately portraying us as self-defeating when in all comprehension we are acting in accordance with our Constitutional Rights.”
I note with satisfaction that you are unable to offer any actual rebuttal to my point that your anger is self-defeating. Yes, you are certainly within your Constitutional rights to screw things up in your own special way. But you’re not helping.
“You keep using the lesser of two evils analogy as if it is a plausible argument when it is weak and irrelevant.”
Well, if you prefer the greater of two evils, I suppose that’s your right. 😁
I wrote earlier about the ethical issues arising when you don’t get an ideal choice. I suggest that you read that essay and offer your comments there.
Here’s the fundamental ethical point that you miss: you are morally responsible for the choices you make. If you make a choice NOT to stop Mr. Trump, then you are encumbered with some moral responsibility for the actions he takes. It’s that simple. You can deny that responsibility, like the Germans who knew of the Holocaust but did nothing. But you’re kidding yourself.
