The first thing I have to say is that you did such a good job of laying out your blog. Your photos are great and the colored backgrounds not only bring contrast and interest to your cookie but also keeps the blog interesting for the viewer. I wish I could have seen more process work and possibly photos of the dough and you actually making the cookies. What if you added some kind of extra element to the cookie like a topping or icing? Not sure if that would take away from the tofu idea but its just an idea. Other than that I think the cookies are unique along with a fun quirky name!
